What does your business do?

I teach Entrepreneurs how to grow their business by Mastering their Mindset, Marketing and Methods.

 

What is the most important thing to keep track of in business and why?

Your Marketing Metrics. Sales are the life blood of the business. Without marketing, we can’t bring prospects to a buying decision. Therefore, we must make sure we are monitoring the behaviour of our leads and prospects every step of the customer journey to ensure we hit sales targets and create a profitable R.O.I on our marketing expenditure whether that’s our time or money investment.

 

What are the most common difficulties you face daily?

Getting everything done!

What would you say to someone who is unsure about hiring a virtual personal assistant?

I have gone through a number of Vas so it is not an easy task to find the right one. Best piece of advice is to be very upfront about your needs, wants and desires and ask the VA to tell you honestly if they can meet them. Avirtual offer a trial run which is vital.
