As we have mentioned before, All our PA’s all have something unique they bring to the company! few weeks ago we introduced you to Ashlea, and now we would like you to meet Sarah. Having a virtual PA brings a simpler life. You won’t necessarily get to interact with them in person, but a few skype sessions tend to do the trick. We wanted to give you an insight into the people that make us who we are and we hope you love them just as much as we do!

Meet Sarah:
What is the best thing about being a PA for Outsourcery?
I love that no two days are the same as no two clients are the same or require the same support. I’m constantly learning new things. The Outsourcery team is great – there is a lot of experience across the pods and everyone is friendly and supportive.
How long have you worked with Outsourcery for?
I have been a part of the Outsourcery team since mid-January.
What are your key strengths that your pride yourself in?
Flexible and adaptable, quick learner, team player, enthusiastic.
When delegating, what do you think is the most important thing to remember?
Communicate clearly! Things that are obvious to me aren’t obvious to others, and vice versa. Check-in to make sure things are progressing.
What are some of the challenges you have faced as a PA?
I have days where I feel I won’t get to everything or where everything seems to go wrong. These are the type of days that can really get you down, especially if you have too much on your plate.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Delegate, get some team input as often someone has a faster/better solution; chat with clients about their expectations; breathe!
What is the best part of your day?
The laughs that we have within the team. The company culture is one that we pride ourselves in and I work with many amazing individuals.
What is the best advice you can give to any other PA?
Take time to build up your relationship with your client – it doesn’t happen overnight. Communicate! Have fun!
How do you keep track of all of your work?
Most clients have a project board which helps with communicating the progress of tasks. I also write everything down.
What is your favourite meal of the day, and why?
Dinner, at home with the husband and kids (and now mostly cooked by the husband as he works from home!)
