KineticIQ is a London-based SaaS start-up with a 12-person team. As the business scaled, the founder was getting buried in hiring admin, from job ads to onboarding documents. They turned to Outsourcery for hands-on HR support.

The challenge

Founder Ben was spending hours each week on recruitment coordination, chasing references, and onboarding new hires. Without a dedicated HR function, the process was inconsistent, time-consuming, and pulling him away from strategic work.

The solution

We placed a dedicated HR & Recruitment Coordinator to own the entire internal recruitment workflow. Their role includes job ad creation, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding document management. They also now manage employee records and leave tracking.

The outcome

With structured HR support in place, Ben was able to step away from day-to-day hiring admin and refocus on product and team growth. The onboarding process became smoother and more consistent, communication with candidates improved, and recruitment timelines shortened. HR admin was taken off the founder’s plate completely, without the need to hire in-house.
