Alpine Concept – Professionalising the recruitment experience

Our client's thoughts

“Our hiring process used to feel messy. Now it’s professional, consistent, and easy to manage across the team.” – Caroline Phillips, Managing Director, Alpine Concept

Business snapshot

Alpine Concept is a design and architecture firm with a hybrid team across the UK. As the company grew, recruitment was handled ad hoc by different team members, creating inconsistent experiences for candidates and new hires.

The challenge

Hiring lacked structure. Managers were writing their own job ads, forgetting to confirm interviews, and onboarding varied widely between departments. The firm wanted to grow but didn’t have the time or internal HR knowledge to build a better process.

The solution

Outsourcery placed a part-time HR & Recruitment Coordinator to standardise and manage the recruitment workflow. The Outsourcerer introduced templates for job descriptions, managed applicant screening, booked interviews, and communicated with candidates. They also built a simple onboarding checklist for all new hires and centralised staff documentation.

The outcome

Alpine Concept now offers a more professional, consistent hiring experience. Internal coordination is smoother, candidates feel supported, and new hires receive clear guidance from day one. The leadership team has full visibility without needing to get involved in the admin.
