As a designer, creativity is my strong point and not the day-to-day admin of running a business. The Outsourcery model really works for me in this regard, as we have the staff to deal with that aspect of the job, while we as creatives can focus on just that, being creative. It's a real draw for someone like me who is just not admin-orientated.

I was initially drawn to Outsourcery by the flexibility and opportunity to work from home. Working with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs, ensured that every day brought new challenges and learning experiences. This enabled me to acquire a broad set of valuable skills. While my responsibilities have shifted away from client-facing work, I still love being part of this team. Ever since I started with Outsourcery, I've learned multiple skills and with each individual client that joins my roster I've learned even more. With an amazing team of marketers, copy writers and designers, there is never a lack of expertise and information. And you get to meet amazing clients with amazing stories along the way. When I first heard about Outsourcery I had been trying to do some freelance virtual work but was having no success. I joined the team and quickly saw how beneficial and different the company is.
