About Outsourcery
Outsourcery helps UK entrepreneurs and SMEs scale smarter by building flexible, cost-effective remote teams. We provide full-time professionals based in South Africa who integrate directly into your operations, client service, or marketing function. While they work inside your business day to day, Outsourcerers are our permanent employees – fully trained, supported, and managed by our HQ. You get the reliability of a full-time hire without the cost, HR admin, or long-term risk.
We place dedicated professionals into real roles within your business. Unlike freelancers, our Outsourcerers are full-time employees of ours, trained, supported, and committed for the long term. Unlike agencies, you work directly with your Outsourcerer, who integrates into your team and focuses solely on your goals. No overheads, no HR admin, no long contracts, just the consistency of a full-time hire without the hassle.
All Outsourcerers are permanent employees of Outsourcery. We handle everything from hiring and onboarding to training, performance tracking, and providing cover during leave or sickness. This gives you all the benefits of a reliable team member without taking on the responsibilities of being an employer.
Outsourcery is a fully remote company with teams working from both South Africa and the UK. Your Outsourcerer works remotely from South Africa and integrates directly into your day-to-day operations, with ongoing support from our internal team.
We support UK-based entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses across various industries. Most of our clients have between 1 and 20 team members and generate between £200,000 and £10 million in annual revenue. They come to us for flexible, role-specific support that helps reduce workload, improve consistency, and scale without growing internal headcount.
Roles and Services
We fill fractional or full-time roles that support three key functions in your business: Back-office and Operations, Client-facing Support, and Marketing and Growth. Whether you need an Executive Assistant, a Customer Support Specialist, or a Social Media Manager, we match you with a remote professional who owns that role fully. They are trained, embedded, and supported by our HQ, so you can delegate with confidence.
These are the roles that keep your business running behind the scenes. These are experienced professionals who bring structure, consistency, and reliability to your internal operations. Typical roles include Executive Assistants, Finance Administrators, HR and Recruitment Coordinators, and Operations Coordinators. Each one is dedicated to helping you manage the day-to-day while you focus on growing the business.
Client-facing roles focus on improving customer experience and supporting revenue-generating activity. These professionals work directly with your clients, leads, or sales team to provide fast, professional communication and follow-up. Common roles include Customer Support Specialists, Account Coordinators and Sales Support Specialists. Each role is filled by someone who represents your brand and keeps service levels high.
These are strategic and execution-focused roles designed to help you maintain visibility, generate leads, and grow your pipeline. We place skilled professionals into positions such as Digital Marketing Managers, Social Media Managers, and Marketing Project Coordinators. Each one is trained to work with your existing systems and tools while driving consistent, results-oriented output.
Every Outsourcerer is a permanent member of our team and goes through a thorough onboarding and role-specific training process. They receive ongoing support, feedback, and upskilling through our HQ team. We also provide AI tools and training to help them work more efficiently and deliver sharper results. Your Client Success Manager ensures everything stays on track and aligned to your goals.
Yes. Every Outsourcerer is trained in using AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. We regularly upskill our team on new tools and best practices, so they can work smarter and deliver even more value. From automation to reporting, AI helps your Outsourcerer spend more time on meaningful work.
Subscriptions and Pricing
Our service is built on a flexible monthly subscription. You choose the number of hours based on the role you need filled, starting from as little as 20 hours per month. Each subscription covers one clearly defined role in your business, such as Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Customer Support Specialist. Your Outsourcerer becomes a dedicated member of your team in that role.
Pricing depends on the number of hours and the complexity of the role. You only pay for the hours you need, and there are no hidden fees or long-term commitments. On average, clients save around 40% compared to hiring someone in-house.
Your subscription includes a dedicated Outsourcerer who fills a defined role in your business. It also includes time tracking, training and oversight from our HQ team, and support from a dedicated Client Success Manager. If your Outsourcerer is ever unavailable due to illness or planned leave, we provide skilled cover to ensure continuity.
Yes. You can adjust your hours at any time depending on your business needs. Most clients start with a smaller plan and scale up as the role becomes more established. We make it easy to grow your support without needing to go through a full hiring process.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Your Outsourcerer will help identify ways to use your hours effectively. If you consistently have hours left over or run out too soon, your Client Success Manager can help you adjust your plan to better match your needs.
Availability and Support
That depends on the size of your plan. If you’re on a full-time plan, your Outsourcerer will be available to you throughout standard working hours. If you’re on a part-time plan, they will structure their day to meet deadlines and deliverables based on the agreed workload. We will always recommend a plan that fits the level of support and availability your role requires.
We prioritise continuity and have systems in place to minimise disruption. If your Outsourcerer is unavailable due to illness or planned leave, a backup Outsourcerer with similar skills will step in where possible. In cases where your business uses very specific or unusual systems that are hard to replicate, full cover may not always be guaranteed. However, your Client Success Manager will work with you to put the best plan in place to keep things moving. Cover is included as part of your subscription.
Yes. While our matching process is designed to get things right the first time, we understand that business needs can evolve. If your role requirements shift, your Client Success Manager will review the situation with you and recommend the best way forward. Where a change is needed, we will rematch you with another Outsourcerer at no additional cost.
We aim to provide continuity wherever possible. If your Outsourcerer is on holiday, we will assign a trained backup with similar skills to maintain consistency. For peak periods, you can also scale up your plan temporarily if you need extra support. In cases where very specific or unusual systems are involved, full cover may not always be possible, but your Client Success Manager will work with you to put the best plan in place.
Getting Started
It starts with a conversation. Book a free discovery call to talk through your business, your goals, and the kind of role you need filled. We will then match you with a qualified Outsourcerer who fits your needs and working style. Once you’re ready, onboarding begins and your Outsourcerer gets to work.
If we already have a suitable Outsourcerer available, you can be up and running in two to three days. If we need to recruit for your role, the process may take two to four weeks depending on the requirements. Either way, we keep you informed and guide you through every step.
We match based on skill set, experience, and personality fit. Our team takes time to understand your business, your workflow, and your communication style before recommending a candidate. The goal is to find someone who not only has the right abilities, but also feels like part of your team.
Yes. Once we have identified a strong candidate, you will have a chance to meet them before the partnership begins. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and ensure there is alignment before moving forward.
We do not offer a formal trial period, but all plans are flexible and can be adjusted month to month. If at any point the fit is not right, we will provide a replacement Outsourcerer at no extra cost. Your Client Success Manager is there to ensure the relationship works for the long term.
Recruitment Services
Yes. In addition to our subscription plans, we offer a recruitment service for clients who want to hire a remote professional directly. This is ideal if you are building your own in-house remote team but want help with finding and vetting the right candidate.
Our recruitment service includes everything from role scoping and advertising to screening, interviews, and offer management. We also carry out background checks at the offer stage, including references, ID, credit, and criminal record checks. Once you have made your decision, we assist with onboarding and handover.
Yes. If your new hire leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days, we will rerun the process once at no extra cost. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement within eight weeks, we offer a partial refund based on how long the original hire stayed in the role.
With recruitment, you are hiring and managing the candidate directly. With a subscription plan, your Outsourcerer remains an Outsourcery employee, fully managed, trained, and supported by our HQ team. Subscriptions are ideal if you want a flexible, low-risk solution without the need to manage payroll, performance reviews, or employment compliance.
